Mpinno Properties Private Limited with Krishi Constructions Private Limited and Nalluri Infratech Private Limited in a Joint Venture has got contract for construction of 432 Two BHK Houses in C+S+9 pattern and providing Infrastructure facilities at Hattiguda Sy.No.19 of Abdullapurmet Mandal, of Ibrahimpatnam Constituency in GHMC

• Construction of total 432 Double Bedroom House Apartments
• Designed as four blocks but as two twin blocks in Cellar/Stilt + Stilt + 9 Floors Pattern.
• Each floor consists of 24 units for each twin block
• Total 216 units per each twin block
• Each unit is designed with two bedrooms, one kitchen, two bathrooms and one living hall. Its area is 560 sqft.
• This project is spread across 2.43 acres.
• Only 29% is used for built up area out of the total site
• As per the proposed layout 8.16% is left for Tot-lot area.
• 14.28% is left for Amenities and 24.23% for Green and Open Space
• 7 meters and 6-meter roads are designed all the sides of each twin block
• Cellar and Stilt floor portion built up area for common facilities and parking area as per drawing approved by the department.
